I have 140,000 hard miles, mostly back county roads. I haven''t had any big complaints oter than many rattles which can be fixed once you find them, such as visor loose, radiator fan rattle, driver window rattle, intake box, and one I haven't pinned down yet in the passenger airbag area of the dashboard. I did get a new clutch at 85,000 mile, but as far as the rest of the drivetrain no problems, and I push the car hard every day.

Just over 40K on mine...nothing but routine maintenence (oil, differential, tranny, air filters, tires).

I do need to get the rear axle tightened; I have that knocking sound when getting out of 1st gear.

Of course by voting that I have had no problems, I just gave it the kiss of death.

I had 50,000 miles on my S2000 with nothing serious - my little problems came from aftermarket items, but everything was easy to fix. I voted for the second one.

Compared to my BMW - the S2000 looks like the Energizer Bunny. I've put about 4,000 miles on the M and had it in the shop well over 10 times. Granted the issues have been all over the place, ranging from the previous owner's crap to speakers blowing; I mention this because I can only recall putting the S2000 in the shop for an issue twice.

I don't ever want to hear the S2000 is unreliable.....unless Honda is buying it back from you.
