Do a search and you will see that a few people had the rim incorrectly installed on the car and the front will develop a vibration because the rear rim will not seat correctly on the front.
I understand. Thanks.

Huh... I thought you weren't supposed to use the spare tire on the rear of the car because we have a limited slip differential and the spare is smaller in diameter than the rear tire, meaning the LSD will be slipping all the time and will overheat / burn up / be damaged. The front tire is the same diameter as the rear, so it won't hurt the LSD. The spare can be used on the front because there's no differential up there.

I think it also worked for me too! it was getting kind of annoying...but the funny thing is that I didn't really know about the auto-roll down problem until reading this thread...then after reading about the problem, my auto-roll started to malfunction which wasn't happening before...I hope this doesn't start a trend hahah. Thanks guys for the fix for now hahah

Just had mine replaced about a month or so ago for the second time... Now the problem seems to be gone for good.

had the new part put in quite a while ago (probably on the order of a year ago, when this thread was relatively fresh).

the new part started to fail last week. it has become a constant regular failure, and far more consistent than the original.

need to pull my paperwork and see if i can track down the receipt. i'm going to see if i can get it covered under replacement warranty.
