Price of 2002 year model
I'd say yeah, if it is actually brand new. depends on how much the '03 would be, too...i mean in so cal they're still going for $35,500 brand new. I'd say it sounds pretty decent (though if you intend to keep it for a long while, having an '03 might help at resale time. people are finding that mileage matters more than model year in the S2000 used market (which sucks to begin with)

Why pay extra dollars for the same car. 29,600 might be a little high though for an 02. I think some guys are buying 03's for 30,000. You might want to check around.
