I was in the highway at about 45-50mph.I drop to 3rd gear and the car pulls strangely. It was like i was stepping on the brake and on the gas at the same time. The car revved much more slowly and then when he hit 8000rpms he become normal again.I stepped on the gas again and he did the same thing.I putted the 4th gear and it did the same. Check your tire pressures. It is very common for the car to "pull" if the pressures are low....especially in VTEC.

May have nothing to do with it but check your oil anyway.

i'm not sure about the pull, but you may want to check your floor mat. mine had a tendency to bunch up behind the accelerator and made it feel less responsive. i flattened it out and the problem was gone.

BlueS2000,

I have the same problem, but only when i'm on the highway with a lot of traffic and have to accelarate and stop all the time. The car hesitates and starts "jumping"(brake and gas at the same time)

I think you may have the MAP sensor problem.
