anyone else share these problems?

3. that noise that tells you that you left your keys in the ignition continues after i take the keys out. it has happened a couple times when i am getting out of the car and it won't let me lock the doors with the remote until i put the keys back in and take them out again.

i had an 00 before and never had any problems...any comments are welcome.
My '03 did this. it was a pain in the ass getting the dealer to acknowledge it, but once they saw it, it was a warranty fix. After fixing my car, it NEVER did it again.

I have a MY05 05/2005 with 12.500 km's on it and none of the above problems. But I do have numerous problems with ticking noises from the softtop at the back window and there is always something with the window washers. One time the left one will not function, then the right one does nothing, dealer checked it and cleaned the tubes with air pressure, but problem still there

I have never had any of these problems on my '02. Top cover was a little tight at first, now i can pop it on in less than 30 seconds.

I have the #3 problem too. It happens about 1 out of every 10 times the keys are taken out.

I've got problems #1 and #3. I've started to get a squeaky noise from the driver's side seat belt. It's more noticeable now since I've had to drive with the top up the last few days.

I had the dealer service take a look at the key problem. After cleaning the key and the ignition hole, it hasn't done it since (over a year). I've also heard of another S2K owner having his ignition switch replaced to fix it. Good luck with #1 and #2.
