Problems with Lucid Automotive.....(anyone else?)

With them being a sponsor of S2KI...you'd think their customer service would be a little better. I've left 5 messages so far with absolutely no response. Is there any way to contact someone live without going through email?
I think they took the phone of the hook, nothing but busy signals with 4 different tries today.
We need to keep this thread at the top. Maybe they stop in on occasion and will see the thread and call or e-mail those of us in waiting. I was hoping to have this in by Spring Break for the cruising over to Panama City, oh well!

I ordered a rear wiring harness and door speakers a while back from Lucid on one order. I received the harness within a week but a little over a month and no speakers? After many calls and E-mails I received no responses from Lucid. Then I got an E-mail that said they were shipped on XXX-date. Weeks went by and no speakers? I sent more inquiries to Lucid with no responses? I was like WTF? What poor customer service not to even let me know what's going on with my order that was already charged to my credit card.
Then a week later I got a letter from UPS that they had a package for me that was undeliverable due to insufficient address. If they could give me a letter why couldn't they give me the package, it didn't make much sense to me???
After much searching I found the local UPS shipping headquarters and got my speakers finally. I was very disappointed by Lucid's employees. The products were great quality but I will not do any future business with Lucid and would never recommend them due to my experience.

Never dealt with Lucid, heard some not so good things in the past... Plus I'm not sure why anyone would even waste their money on his products when either you can do it yourself (its very simple) or take your car to a local stereo shop and have them cut the holes in the panels for you.
I am looking to buy the DCI from Lucid to get the stock radio control back to work, but it looks like I should think twice before making the purchase.
Is a stereo shop able to do this for less than $100.00 since I believe the DCI offered by Lucid is around the same price?

The only reason I went with the Lucid DCI made by Modifry has no lag/delay. The PAC SWI-X used by most shop will have annoying lag/delay. Plus it's a bonus to support Modifry for all his awsome electronic posts.
My time is very valuable, I am self-employed (not saying that others aren't) so I thought spending a little more to buy something pre-cut with all the wiring and speakers would help me get this done a little quicker. I went by one local Car stereo shop and got turned off in 2 secs. The guy acted like the S2000 would give him the plague if he touched it or bothered to walk out and see what I was asking for.
I still cannot get anyone live to answer the phone, it's either busy or I get a fax reception signal. If I ran my company this way I would not expect to be in business much longer.
