Problems / Solutions reported by Honda and by Owners
is 26) bucking in 1st gear that rare? From a local sample it sounds ike most cars are affected. It just doesn't happen very often, mostly in stop & go traffic.
I think you may have missed 3 other problems:
27) there was a recall for the convertible top cover. Earlier models of the cover hindered seat belt operation.
28) Inadequate transmission oil pump in earlier models leading to catastrophic gearbox failure when driven at high speed (over 200km/h) for extended periods of time. A recall was issued in countries where offending driving habits are pervasive.
29) Bubbling dash...

I didn't see anything on the convertible boot cover TSB that has affected some. This TSB needs to be done when the boot cover does not sit flush and stay put in the rear?
Excellent work though dlq04! Thanks.

Don't forget: High mileage or hard driven cars may experience a rear end vibration when accelerating hard, or when accelerating around corners which will get progressively worse. This is due to wear of the inner rear CV joint. See Pinky, Reverand, or RT for details.

Perhaps you don't understand, but I'm just a fellow S2000 owner like you are. I started putting together notes for my own reference. As it continued to grow and I saw other's asking repetative things, I thought I'd share what I have and save other's the time and trouble -- I believe we can help one another both by sharing info and the total driving experience. You have access to the same information I do (generally speaking). Since starting it I have had some insightful input from some insiders from time to time on some issues. I have a pretty extensive library of S2000 related topics but tracking every car sold doesn't sound like too interesting a hobby to me.
But, if someone want's to volunteer I'll pass on your suggestion.
