In Process of Resolving! Thanks everyone!
The below issue is being resolved as of 10/29/2005 with Heru of StreetConcept.com. Will post update once the issue has been resolved. Thanks for everyone's support!
I have had alot of inquires from members concerning my purchase of a CF top from StreetConcept.com and wanted to share my shitty experience with them.
Here is the original thread about the purchase:

Basically I called them and spoke to Jurmaine concerning the top and we agreed upon a price of $1888 for the top w/ plexi glass and all OEM hardware as stated on their website (before they changed it). I know that is one hell of a deal, so I asked him who made the top and is he 100% sure the hardware and plexi was included, which he told me to hold so he can confirm with the owner. After waiting for a few minutes he came back and said the top was from SEIBON and the owner said 100% sure everything was included. I told him there was no way that they could sell the top w/ everything for that price because the top goes for $2600 or so wholesale w/o the hardware. He replied that they buy "millions" of dollars from Seibon, so they get a really good price. I asked him to confirm once more before I placed my order just to be sure and call me back. He calls back and leaves a Voicemail inwhich I still have saved stating again that everything is included, so I called back and gave him my credit card info.
I placed the order on a Monday and he said the TOP and Trunk would be in within 2 days, they just had to send their driver down the street to get it. I worked it out so I could drive me S down there on Friday and stay the weekend and pick the top up the following Monday. Thursday comes around and I call Jurmaine and he tells me the top will be there Friday, so I go foward with my trip. Friday comes and I'm in San Diego and get a call from Jurmaine basically saying the price he gave was incorrect and they can't get the glass or hardware!!!
He said they have my top in though (not Seibon, but C-Wings) and I can still get that, but the PRICE has also increased!!! I ask how much and he said he will ask the owner, but will hook it up because of all the BS. Calls me back and says $2200 w/o anything I even tell him that I can get that from other shops for $1600 and they should at least match that or beat it as stated on their website, but he says they can't... SO basically all the crap about we can beat anyone's price is BS and they don't know crap about the stuff they sell, SO DO NOT BUY FROM STREETCONCEPT.COM!!!
2nd part of the story concerning a "S2K member":
While waiting to get the top I did a search here and found a member with a CF top that had a tinted plexi glass, so I PM'ed him asking him where I can get the tinted plexi from for my soon to arrive CF top. He tells me to call him and we talk for 20 mins or so about the CF top I bought and how theres no way they can sell the CF top to me for that price because he is sponsored directly from the distrubutor and that price is too low. I tell him everything above about the price is listed on their website, I have 2 confirmations from the owner, 1 saved on my voicemail, so he says thats a hell of a deal and that he lives down the street from them so would it be okay if he drops by to see the quality of the top. I say no problem, and thank him for helping a member out, thinking he will save me a trip if the quality is crap. I give him the shops and my reps. info. and he said he will call me the following day to tell me what he finds out. NO call for him the following day, but all of a sudden StreetConcept's webpage has changed the price of the CF top, added actual pictures of the CF top, and add pics of the members S2K
I still have not heard from this member since giving him the info. even after 2 PM's and a phone call concerning this issue and NOW believe that he was the cause of the price increase. 
Either way, I personally will not buy sh*t from StreetConcept or from this "member"

The laws in CA are actually pretty nasty about this. You have an oral contract and you probably could compel them to sell it to you at that price or seek legal damages. You clearly went out of your way and experienced significant discomfort. They should at least compensate you for your expenses coming to visit. If they do not do this I would seek out an attorney and sue for damages(or compel them to honor their price).

shouldn't have expected to get a cf top for that cheap regardless of what someone says.. its a crappy situation but when something sounds too good to be true, most likely it is. Bad business on their part though.
