my gosh.
i called streetconcepts today and they told me they only had 1 hardtop in stock, and i would HAVE to put a deposit today to guarantee it.
i asked about hardware, and they said they didnt sell it, but after this thread it comes up on their website???
plus their website says they would beat the competitors price by 5%. i wonder if they honor that.. oh well..
its unfortunate i cant trust their company anymore

streetconcepts fvcks up and then he trys to turn this into a for sale thread. Nice try, but the fvck up is a little too obvious. You both don't lose. S2KI community wins because C4 let's the rest of us know what kind of business you run. He wins 'cause it sounds like he had a good trip to San Diego.
You lose because you took sh!tty care of a customer and made commitments you can't keep.
I'm also in the market for a CF hardtop.

yea there done.... if anyone buys from them now... haha you know. In the import world now it is hard to start a company anyway. then eff'n over your clients.. ha your done. i would file chapter 11 now

Sorry to hear the horrid news! Apparently some unforutnate retailers don't realize that saying no and stating a higher, albiet correct price, can actually be beneficial.
Too bad for your business as all S2Ki users will no longer support or endorse your site, which is terrific in my book.
I hope C45 takes legal actions and gets what he was told he was going to get at the price you quoted him.
