NO THANKS! Since I don't have a dog and my mother did a good job of potty training me, I think that spending $1200 on that is A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
Imagine how many performance goodies I could get for $1200.

But, JMO.

Here is a quotation from Consumer Reports in an article entitled "Dealing with the dealer."

Think twice about dealer add-ons. After you think you've agreed on a purchase price, the salesperson or the business manager may try to sell you an extended-service contract or dealer-installed "packs" such as rustproofing, paint sealant, or fabric protection. Refuse them. They're generally overpriced or worthless.
Here is the link but I think you have to be a paid subscriber to use it:

Quoted from the original purchaser:
"and found it to be a huge value for only $1152.00. I would highly recommend any one else with one of these vehicle to seriously consider protecting their vehicle with these wonderful products."

This is all fine and good if the customer is truly too busy or too lazy and thus would "seem" like an easy way to get around car care and doesn't mind handing over "pocket change" (rich guy). BUT what I find so absolutely mind boggling is that this customer was "brainwashed" into actually thinking this deal was the "cat's ass" AND is going around giving testamonials to others.

And yet, ANOTHER bubble burst! (But I can see where "Hannum" and "Barnum" could also be confusing at the time and since Barnum became more famous, well ..... ) I wonder how many other sayings we're going to have to stop quoting? Although my "quoter" was incorrect, the "quote" is still applicable.
(A bit off topic - did you see the newspaper article that now says we can't believe everything the Bible says? )
Barry, you're going to be one of the first guys I contact if I need some trivia dug up.

No..................... but you're talking to one of the world's most skeptical skeptics.
I didn't know about the Hannum quote either until today. I love wandering randomly around the net.

Now if only I could find out where those guys put my kidneys after I got drunk at a party last night and woke up in a bathtub full of ice.
