Push button starter
Is it a gimmick? yes. Do I like it? HELL YES!!!
To call it a gimmick is silly. . . Think about it, most gadgets and buttons in cars are gimmicks (i.e., radio contols on steering wheels, power windows, door locks, etc.)
But the real question is, does it work on adding something to the "sportscar" experience? The answer, absolutely. . . So, press away

i love the start button, i think of it as the whole "dont push the red button" like when i was sitting in the showroom before i bought her, i really wanted to push the button, but i contained myself! and now after having the little red button i have seen them advertised in a ton of car magazines, but we have them stock, so thats whats up. (also considering that i learned how to drive stick on her the little button was kinda nice when i stalled the many times, very easy and quick to get her back! lol)

Gimmick? C'mon guys, this is a racing thing...am I the only one that watches racing on this board? Get a grip, they had their reasons for making the start a button instead of a crank, but just like all good information...you'll have to search for them, they won't be given this time.
