Question about idle RPM

How did I come up with 750? Well, I plugged in my Ion polarizer into the power outlet, then used my numeral digital tachometer bypassing the ECU, while applying full pressure whith an exhaust brake. What came out, 750 RPM.
Ok, seriously, yeah, the dips between 700 and 800.

Even though I'm beloww 1000 RPM, the engine idles smoothly between 700 and 800 RPM, most of the time staying at 700. Haven't had any hesitation problems or anything. I'll keep an eye on it though.
