Default Question about Rick's windscreen

I want to buy one of these and I have searched extensively through some of the old posts. I still have a couple of questions though for everybody.

Has the vibration been fixed with the 4 rubber thingamajiggers?

Do these have to be glued to the headrests at all?

Has the screen been made any thicker or would you all suggest using a spacer when installing?

And.. Finally, would you buy it again?

Thanks to all.

Agree with responses 1 - 3 from MLO YLO but would change the answer of number 4 to Yes. I have the 7/8th and it makes a dramatic difference in the turbulence in the cockpit.
