Default question on my stock exhaust

I purchased an aftermarket exhaust about 2 years ago, and i left my stock exhaust outside. It was under the ledge of my garage, so only part of it got wet. But the exhaust tips were facing up, and water ran into one of the mufflers... and it probably sat around in there for a while. I live in so cal so its not like it has seen a lot of rain. My question is, would the exhaust still be ok? Or is it rusted inside, or will it rust out in the future. I would like to go back to stock, just want to make sure my exhaust is in good cond.

Of course it would be okay.. your exhaust sees water all the time even on the car.

yeah but i was wondering if there is anything inside the muffler that can rust away.... Like on my beater civic, the muffler rusted so bad it got holes in it.

If its made of ss, then i should be ok right? can anyone confirm its made of ss?

Thanks again for all the advice
