So this ultimately means I'll be putting my beloved S2000 up for sale.

I'll probably list it for sale in about 2 weeks... and I will surely shed a tear when I see her go... lots of great memories.
Sad to see you go, and maybe you'll be back -- They always come back.
Also, glad to see another Anjuna fan. (your TV in the garage)

This was a great build! Sad to see it go as well. What will the replacement be?

I would have loved to have been able to keep it...
Oh yeah - been in the Trance and Armin scene for decades!

They are great drivers cars and look great too! I dont think I would take one over a boosted s though. the s2000 just has more potential overall and is easier to live with. Its a honda after all...lol

She's sold... I used Cars and Bids and had a very good experience with them.
New buyer is arranging payment and shipping... unless something falls through, I'm guessing the car will be picked up by a trucking company in the next week.
It will be sad to see her go...

Here's the auction if you have interest... it sold for 36k which I think is fair.

Hope you're happy with the price you got. I think who ever bought this got a great deal on a great looking, well cared for car.

Please post pictures of its replacement, when it happens. Gonna have to be quite the car, to replace this, both in looks and performance.

Congratulations, either way.

Thanks! I think the price was fair given the state of the economy right now and where values are on these cars... you can't ever expect to get you $ back on modifications either, nor was I looking to do so...
I'll keep checking in on this forum and I'm sure I'll have some regrets on selling the s2k... but the replacement should be pretty special and hopefully worth the loss... I'll keep this thread updated.
