Default Quick question Steering Wheel

Just wanted to see if this is normal cause I dont remember it being like this. I recently had my steering wheel replaced due to the original one tearing on the top. The problem was when I changed it, i turned on the car without the srs connected so the damm light was on for about 5 months. Recently, I got the tool to reset it so currently, there are no lights or errors on the dash board. It might be me but since the steering wheel change, it feels like my steering is a bit loose. When driving its fine, but for example, when im stopped and i turn it 1 inch either to the left or right, it makes like a clicking noise, and its not engaing to go to that direction. If you turn it more than an inch, its fine. Is their anything I could adjust to get that corrected. I doubt that this is normal. Does anybody have any ideas what it could be. If you need more details, just advise. Thanks
