Default radar detector install

Is there a step by step somewhere for removing the lighting cluster above the windshield and hardwiring up a radar detector?

Ok, its done and I am TOTALLY MOTHERF'n TIRED!!!! I am an over 6 foot tall guy and getting down there were the fusebox is located was a total bizitch. Also, one of the Doit yourself docs above is wrong, not all three accesory slots are hot. The first one I wired to was not hot. Taking all the related windshield hardware out was totally easy, about 15 mins tops. The actual wiring in sucked!

I have a Valentine and wired it to the power wire on the stereo with the splicer thing that was included with the Valentine. I think the entire install took me about 20 minutes.

I have a V1 that I attached to a window camera mount (you can get one at any good camera store). I then put it on the air dam between the seats. I ran a wire up the left side of the compartment and up in front of the drivers door to the optional V1 remote display that I installed above the speedo.

Very slick and installed in about 45 minutes.
