Works on my '02. Honda upgraded the stereo that year, so that may be the first year that works.

For those who don't know:

Turn off unit press and hold #1 & #6 presets while turning the radio on. the display toggles between 2 screens the first displays a U and the second screen an L. Ignore the letters - that's your units serial # Ex. U1234 L4321 your serial # is 12344321. Honda just enters that on their computer and you have the antitheft code put in by honda. Beats tearing out the radio.
