Bacchus, that will be great. I see you are in OH, and the Uncle is in MI, so gee, I guess you will have to have posting wars here of your pictures...

Now, be a nice Nephew and go buy your Uncle a new mod. May I suggest something like a raincoat, or a wet-vac???

Everyone,

The cars at the Honda shop today, where they now find moisture in the switch. They are now wondering how to seal the switch to prevent future problems. I'm very surprised I'm the only one so far this has happened to. Honda service says they want to overnight the switch from Japan, and keep the car till tomorrow since it's torn apart. Asked for a loaner, at which time they said to come in and pick it up. Such is life.

mdxcobalt:
I bought my civic from Wakim in massilon. No idea how the service dept. there was, but the saleslady was very nice. For what it's worth, I use Jack Matia Honda in Elyria, and the service dept. there is great.

Thanks.
You and mdxcobalt are most welcome.

Now that we have a product review forum, I've been kind of waiting to see if anyone would post a review (hint hint). I noticed someone posted a review of Major Havok's wind blockers, but they forgot to include any info on where to buy them.

mdxcobalt - I've not heard of anyone else with your problem. Strange. While my car is not usually sitting overnight in the rain, it does get driven in the rain all the time, and after 77k miles I haven't seen this issue. Makes me wonder what is going on with your car to allow water into the switch. Do you drool when you drive?

I am a new owner as well and while I don't mean to change the subject a little, I will. Does anyone have a problem with the CD player skipping with every little bump? I thought with this type of car they would have thought of this. Maybe it is just my car?

Hey "Modifry".

I only drool about 14 times a week when my wife's 14 Victoria Secrets magazines arrive every day in the mail. Yes, I very much enjoy my organizer from you, and have already showed the parts manager at the local Honda shop. They always seem puzzled on where I get this neato stuff they don't sell. That Muz "wide" mirror really threw them for a loop too. By the way, I park in the garage too.
