In the Brake pedal and Gas pedal there are gray rubber plugs, but none in the Clutch Pedal....Are they supposed to be pulled out or left in....
Thanks

Dunno about the US but here in OZ the plugs are in the brake and clutch pedals but NOT the accelerator. 'Tis my understanding that the rubber plugs are there to stop your foot slipping off these pedals. I think the reason they are not on the accelerator is so you can remove your foot quickly to slide across to the brake in case of emergency.

Certainly here in Oz it is illegal to remove the rubber plugs.

The plugs are there to enhance traction in a pedal that has metal drilled out for lightness; in this case more of an effect than an actual benefit. The gas pedal has no actual holes drilled, but is made to resemble the other two pedals, I think.
