Smile Rear ended by a jeep

Today was my first day of Junior year. and after school I am on my way out, in the rain, when the car behind me skids into my rear end. This pushed me into the very nice turbo Celica my friend ahead of me was driving.

The Celica has a small dent, but my S2....

and the front end that bumped the Celica....

Ouch. Your insurance company will probably total it

Yeah your insurance will most likely total it. Before they take your car, try to take all your aftermarket parts off. And don't let the insurance company try to give you a small settlment, Get an attorney to get you as much as possible!!! Ive been hit a few times and an attorney is the way to go.

Sorry bout your loss buddy! but hopefully you'll get another S and come out with a few grand in pain and suffering : )

Wow, that sucks! I feel for you. I wonder how much you could buy it back for. Could be a great parts car after you get a check for a new S.

And everyone wants to bitch about high ins premiums. Wonder why they are that high. Accidents happen. It's a risk you take by driving. Car and injuries will be covered but pain and suffering is the biggest load of BS. Shit happens. Don't hire an attorney. They will just take 30-40% of your settlement anyways. The ins company will give you what you need to replace your car. If they, don't hold out and get multiple forms of the cars value. They will take car of you as long as you are reasonable. If they don't total it you can get some extra $ for depreciation value since its been involve in an accident. Good Luck.
