Honda of Concord, NC (one of the honest dealers who sold my partner a silver/black last year at MSRP) has a new red/black coming in around Thanksgiving for MSRP; only mandatory options are spolier(because car was ordered with spoiler) and $299 interior treatment. They are willing to ship the car to a buyer (guess was $500 or so to the West Coast), so you guys in the dealer rip-off areas can have some MSRP relief and get the car without transport miles on it.

Mary called me about this car. She told me that it didn't have an interior treatment, but that it was a paint sealant for $299. I think if someone buys this car, they can get that taken off the price. The last four of the VIN are 1115. She said the walk-out price of the car from the dealership is $33,638. Great deal as far as I'm concerned, especially for the best looking color out there!

I almost bought one from her about 3 months ago, but they were forcing too many options on it. This one is much better priced!

Yeow...Hopefully no swirl marks were placed in the process and the sealant doesn't get in the way of Zaino shine or other waxes. I wouldn't even let the dealer wash my car.

That said, it is a relatively decent asking price.
