i had posted earlier that my remotes were not working (so i couldnt operate the alarm or lock/unlock doors remotely)... had reset them both, changed batteries, etc. and still did not work.

i know that we had at least one other person who had this problem too-

just got back from the dealer, where the alarm guy spent about 10 minutes trying different things... he fixed it by unplugging the unit (under the drivers seat) and plugging it back in. he told me that it might have been a loose connection or maybe just needed resetting. anyway, anyone who has this problem should either check the connections under the drivers seat or take your car to your alarm guy at the dealer-
btw, no charge to fix this! (thanks johnny chan at scott robinson honda in torrance!)
