removal of stock roll hoops?

All glues will do it temp seal them. Sooner or later, the glue will lose it bond.
Technically, RTV isn't a glue. It's probably a good choice for this, although like everyone says, a better choice is to not separate the plastic in the first place.

thanks for all the input guys. i am just trying to find the best way to get to the seatbelt cuz i messed with my srs unit and it tightend up my seatbelt and now the seatbelt wont pull out so i can buckle myself. so im trying to see if i can fix the issue and if not then im gunna need to replace the drver side seatbelt. either way i need to know how to access the seatbelt and remove it.

anyone have a step by step guide? i apologize if im bein difficult here but i trully have no idea where to begin

Go buy a shop manual. http://www.helminc.com

It will save you more then it will cost you.
