Can someone move this to an appropriate forum? Sorry, brad, I have no idea but the "library" is supposed to be a look up reference area. When you find out, it would be great if you would post here.

you have to take every other single piece of plastic out first before you can get to the rollhoops.

It's covered in the service manual. There are a lot of plastic panels, clips and screws to remove. The hoops and the plastic which covers them are one piece. Once you get ALL of the plastic panels out (everything back of the seats including the top shelf and glovebox/secret compartment) you will be left with just the hoops. There are 8 bolts. remove those and the hoops come off. That leaves the center beam where the seatbelt retractors are mounted.

You will need to disassemble the entire interior to get this job done. Plan on it taking a whole day if you've never done it before and keep track of all the clips and try not to break any.
