Is anyone removed the catalysor ?
I've tryed, but the CO sensor send bad informations to ECU, and it stay in protect mode (no VTEC).
Is someone already modified the sensor / ECU for that ?

Here is my report on that matter if you have been around. http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...hp?threadid=939
and some comment on the follow up http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...p?threadid=1700

Basically if you remove the cat running on stock ECU will not work as you have experienced.
If you've tried, you can immediately notice that you will not vtec and your car will gradually run like crap with lots of hesitation and soon check engine light will come out because the oxygen sensor is reading too much fuel dumping.
But all is not lost if you have the aftermarket ECU like Mugen, with it I actually gained hp and increase in power was easily felt.
However you will also experience bit of crappy gas mileage.
I still have the pretty BYS straight pipe, if anyone is interested in grabbing it at incredible price let me know.
