Default Removing Side Strakes

I just got my Comptech side skirts in, but I can't figure out how to get the stock side strakes off. If you have done this before any input would be most appreciated--I don't want to damage the car or the strakes in the process. How exactly is it attached to the car?

theres a whole drilled into the body... and a plastic piece sits in there... i haven't taken the strakes off successfully without breaking that damn clip..

Go here to see how they are put on, then you'll know how to take them off:

Unscrew the screws in the wheel well and remove the clips, then pull the strake away from the car. The push pin will come out. Voila........now you have a hole in the side of your car. but your replacing the skirt so no biggie.
