Man the factory paint sucks...a good bodyshop will easily surpass the quality of the stock paint. I wouldn't worry about it as long as your car isn't badly faded and the shop can match the existing paint it should be fine.

 

Well I am going on previous experience with my old car. I had a fender bender from being hit by a deer. I went to a well recommended shop in my area and 4 years later--all that had been repainted had started to come off. However the factory paint was still almost as good looking as the day my parents bought the car 15 years earlier. And it was a Honda too....I'm not saying there arent good body shops, but its hard to know what you get.
