So, a friend of mine bought a 02 model. I have a MY 00. In the 02, they changed the door handle lever to a grayish titanium like color as well as the instrument dash plastic to the same color. I recently bought a titanium shift knob and was looking to change out the black door handle and instrument dash on my '00 to the grayish one, so that there is a titanium theme going on. I did a search, but could not find any DIY's or much info with regards to this mod. Has anyone done this conversion? Are there any DIY instructions for this?

 

(In a Benn Stein voice) Anyone, anyone? No one has done or know anything about changing out the inside door handle?

 

I would think its pretty straightforward and require taking off the door panel. Did you even look at it?
