Should I reset my ECU?

How do I reset the ECU should I choose to?
I'm not trying to be a dick or something, but this tells me that you do not check your oil on a regular basis. Aside from knowing that VTEC is operated though the use of oil pressure, it clearly states in the owners manual to "check oil at every fill up"

As I stated before the car was due for an oil change anyway and the place I have do it is close by so I figured I may as well get it changed instead of filling it with oil and then changing that oil out
I speak for myself and others who contributed to this thread, your car was sooo low on oil, "it should not have been driven period" regardless if you drove it 50 feet to get the oil changed.
