Default Resetting the ECU?

So do you reset the ECU the same as any other Honda?

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few minutes
2. Reconnect and start engine
3. Let idle for a few minutes w/out touching throtle
4. Turn off engine
5. Restart and drive

Sound about right?

Just went through this. The manual says to start and idle for a specific time and engine temp. (didn't do) and then drive at 55 mph for twenty minutes.....specifically between 50 and 60 mph without using the cruise control....for twenty minutes (did do). I can't say I noticed anything after going through all that. I'd disconnected the battery once before a couple weeks ago before reading all that, and didn't do anything at all special after and all seemed normal. The manual states it will help emissions testing if you are having sticker problems. dunno.
