Its a shame this never got produced...i would have definately purchased one

 

 

If you are interested I mounted my GPS with a Modifry mount. See First Pic.
AND I pulled the drivers side visor and mounted my escort there. See 2nd Pic.

The Modifry bracket is predrilled for some different mounts (I have a MIO 520).
The Escort is hardwired to the ignition.
It all works.

 

I'd certainly be interested in a custom mount in the header...

But in the meanwhile..




And everything unclips from its mount quick for security when left unattended.

Ya, if you want to get your top slashed and mirror stolen any time you're not able to park in your garage. I've had my OEM mirror stolen once.

I don't put anything in my car that isn't OEM unless i can take it out or at least hide when I leave so people don't want to steal it.
