That's one of the most important parts. I've seen so many headlights with condensation in them and it looks horrible!
As long as you take your time, resealing is the easiest part

when i was pulling the headlamp apart, i seriously thought i was going to break one of the halves. they feel pretty flimsy, but they hold up, and i was pulling full force.

only problem i really had was the initial corner. the black backing got kinda fudged up in the process cause i used a flathead to pry it apart, and the plastic got kind of soft.

i didn't take chances with resealing. i filled in the liner with the black sealant that smells like vinegar (i think i messed up my nose more than anything) and waited for that to dry. as soon as that dried, i lined the entire outside and filled in the gaps where the plastic clips were with the sealant.

i still think i might get some condensation, because i didn't let it set for 24 hours. i was running short on time.

only thing i'd be concerned about is your hid projector and ballast. my right projector got considerably dimmer after reassembly. i'm still trying to figure out if it's permanent damage to the ballast/projector due to heat. i popped my headlamps in at 225 for about 15-20 minutes each with the entire hid in it, because i couldn't get the tamper proof bit cause i started the project at midnight and had only one day.

good luck. hope you don't mess up an expensive set of headlights. it seems to be a fairly easy process though. got mine done in about 2 hours.
