My badges took over 3 months to arrive, then when they arrived they had only shipped half the order.

I'm in the same boat. I ordered a voodoo knob on March 17th, and have not gotten anything yet. I e-mailed them this morning, but did not get a response yet. I hope that someone at least responds to my e-mail. Rick if you are reading this my order # is 1799-2851-7242. Thanks. I'll keep everyone posted on my situation.

"My badges took over 3 months to arrive, then when they arrived they had only shipped half the order."

Im sorry guys but I if I have to wait three months like that guy did I will be demanding a refund and picking up some H badges. It is obvious that either something has came up for Rick that has taking away time for the buisness or he is just being to lazy to get back to all of us. I can wait it out and be patient but I atleast expect an email or a call on the status for the badges that I have already purchased, thats just good buisness.

I actually placed another order on the 1st and they arrived today, the 6th. So I am very pleased with this order. Odly enough, people seem to get their orders in no time at all, and others wait for eternity. My guess is one of two things are happening, some orders get processed and are shipped immediatly, while others seem to fall through the cracks and are forgotten, or some stuff is in stock (like my fluid), while other stuff (like my badges), has to be made to order.

I've always had great luck with Rick's. All my orders arrived in an adequate amount of time, and he emailed me with updates when my Voodoo shift knob was on backorder.

I've been watching these threads for the past few months and it seems like Rick is very active, then MIA for a while. This also seems to be the case when it comes to communicating with his customers, as some get very quick answers and updates, while others have to wait days at a time to hear from him.

I don't think anyone needs to worry, as Rick always seems to come through in the end. I've also noticed from reading posts that if the customer isn't satisfied with the product, Rick makes it right.
