I ordered and received Fall Colors 2003 CD. However I tried it in my Dell computer and couldn't get it to boot up. Carried it to my place of employment and could not get it to boot either ?????

I highly doubt that's going to happen, I placed my order in early March, and I just got a response back not too long ago saying the manufacture had just began making the JDM clear diffusers....

I'd have to wait for another month I assume...............

Not saying their customer service is bad, but personally, if I had a chance to choose again I would rather just grab a pair of JDM headlights instead.....

my stuff showed up a week later thou.

someone should reply to email either way IMHO.....

Ok, guys is a a reply to your questions. In short, we always reply to e-mails we get. But sometimes your e-mails do not get here, just as ours don't always get delivered. The internet is not the US Mail and delivery of mail can be delayed of lost all together. We know that HotMail.com has been known to eat our replies as "spam" at times.

I agree, every e-mail should get a reply. But then again every e-mail should say more then "Waz up wit my order". These e-mail leave us nothing to work with, from e-mail address we don't have on file. We reply and i bounces. So we try.

We are sorry if the delay in the manufaturing process has caused you some conserns. This is not something we can control. In fact I sent out another e-mail tonigh on this topic.

Did you know that we have a 30 day no questions ask refund policy. Just ask and you get you chance to change your mind and get those JDM headlights you wanted.

Master Repair
Email us (Info@Ricks2k.com) and we will exchange it. Since the production was a limited run some defects can happen. We will take care of you one way of the other.

We never ever had a 3 month wait. Even when the waiting list was 60 orders deep. That was the way it was almost 2 yrs ago when we first started to make them. We care and this drives us nuts, but there is little we can do other then keep you informed and keep on the vendor. We are trying.

You ordered on 03/17/04, that is just short of the three weeks it normally takes to engrave and ship a knob if it was instock. For some reason, VooDoo Pearls are hard to keep instock, no matter how many we order. For order status, please e-mail Info@Ricks2k.com.

Rick might be slow sometimes but Rick always comes through. You might be frustrated by the slowness, but you will never be cheated.

I am absolutely sure of that. I've been a customer of Rick's since he first came out with the leather knob socks and leather center console cover in the fall of 2000.

2 weeks for clear diffusors but not worried, Jeff has kept me informed along the way and has been very helpfull so far.

Have bought clear diffusers and clear side markers last year and i had no problem at all.
So after a few questions on e-mail wich were answered real fast i decided to order the 4.57 gears today.
I'll keep you informed.

Rick might be slow to keep you updated on your orders because this isn't his main job and that I'm sure he gets flooded with emails every day about stuff. Also, some of the stuff he carries, he does not manufacture it so the speed from which you get your products is based on the manufacturer's production rate. Like everyone else said, in the end you will not disappointed with your item from Rick.

Great response Jeff. I'm not going to cancel my order. I had a local person who was selling the JDM headlights, but I decided to get the diffusers from Ricks instead at that time. He sold them not too long after.

I fully understand this kind of situation. The manufacture screwed it up, not you guys. I'll still be waiting for them to be ready to ship. That's if they don't screw up AGAIN....
