There's an easy solution, but it will take some time before it begins to help with the spam problem now that you're already on mailing lists. Make the email address into a small GIF or JPEG instead of text...it may remove people's ability to directly clink on a link, but it makes it all but impossible for the web crawlers to grab your address. Only the best crawlers can do it by OCR, but that's only used when the location of the image is specifically known, such as when they try to do mass mailing using a site like Love@aol (where they make you confirm your profile by typing in the letters/numbers in the randomly created "image").
