Default Ride over bumpy roads

I live in south jersey and many of the roads very bumpy(form where the semis
intent over time
If I am in the process of changing gears and I hit one of these grooves
the rear almost seems to loose contact for a split second.

Any idea what can cause this and of course the usual question...Is this normal?

I'd say check your air pressures and alignment...

What year is your car, how many miles, and how long have you owned it...? Check to make sure the spring spacers have been removed -- look at each of your springs and look for hard rubber spacers wrapped around them (there shouldn't be any).

Good luck and update your profile.

I don't seem to have any problem like that up here (vacationing in NC) and most of the roads suck. I'd consider looking into the above suggestions (perhaps we have a diagram somewhere of where to look for the spacers).

I have an 02' with 28k, maybe I'm not describing it correctly.
Its like an momentary loss of traction specifically when letting out the clutch over a indentation in the road.

btw My spacers have been removed no sign of them.
