Roll bar Speakers (pics)
What kind of woofers are those? I like the install quality and I truly think it's a brilliant idea, it's just that the speakers themselves look kinda cheesy.
I think the Sony Xplods would look pretty sweet in a stook with a red interior, being red themselves.
I know they are concealed behind the seats, so take this with a grain of salt.
My .02 pence

I'm very impressed Lucid. I usually will stray away from speakers that would be in any sort of a conspacuous location, but I have to hand it to you, I really like the look of your setup.
If I only had half of the courage and ability to do something like that, and make it look GREAT. Any plans to sell this speaker setup as well?

Lucid great idea!
What about putting the speakers that are behind the seats in the rollbars instead, then you could hear everything. It seems like the door speaker get blocked by your legs and the rears get blocked by the seats.
This reminds me of the Miata headrest speakers, seemed like a good idea, I don't know why it is not done all the time with convertibles.

One of the best parts of this board is the inventive and creative people that lurk around. I am always glad to see the fruits of their labor.
I've posted about this before, but I'm gonna beat this dead horse some more. You are entitled to your opinion. You are entitlted to call BS on someone if you feel like it. You are even entitlted to scream at the top of your lungs that you think another member is an ugly, motherless, cow humper. My question to all of you is this. What is gained by this. Taking Lucid's work here for example, if you don't like the work then shut up. There is absolutely nothing gained by bashing the guy. You aren't going to change our minds. In fact, all you've done is make another human being feel bad. If that's how you get your jollies, then go seek professional help. It's real simple. If you don't like his products, then don't congratulate him, don't buy them, or vote with your silence. Bashing eachother is getting us nowhere and hurting the overall board, IMO.
