It was. I've been taking her to empty parking lots and having some fun. It becomes quite difficult once the tires suddenly hit a patch of ice and she just starts to spin out

Well I would say I have some ball, but driving through the winter in the S is more reckless than anything. I've been wanting to get a gc8 with a h6 swap or a new STi to rally with in the winter time. But found her and bought her on a whim and since I don't got a garage to store her in, might as well drive her..lol

Snows pretty good but the main factor is most of the state goes up and downhill which makes it alot more difficult specialy at the stop signs/lights, I get stock alot if the road aint clean...

Ahh definitely, Uphills here are not fun at all.

Im from WI and I've drivin in that EXACT weather and it is NO FUN! Ive also spun out and ended up in the median on the highway because of snow, and all i did was very slowly accelerated. Make sure that you are very careful driving in snow. I decided that I should move somewhere warmer. I now live in vegas, where my S gets year round attention

Here in ky if we get any snow and it sticks to the road they cancel school. 4-5" of snow and they pretty much close the whole town Down.

I put my car in a ditch last winter at the beginning and ordered snow tires as soon as I got the car home. It didn't hurt it at all thankfully. After putting on snow tires I tried for the rest of the winter to get the car stuck and couldn't. I saw trucks getting stuck going up hill and they'd have to roll back down them. Id just wait safely at the bottom and drive right up it. I'm running 225/60/16 on ap1 wheels. The I
Tires are continental artic max. The tires your running are to expensive, wear out to fast and these preform better. I read winter tire comparisons for 8+ hours before ordering my tires.
