Is the S2000 Better than the Miata?

Ohhhh I see. You must be one of those people waiting for the bottom to fall out of the CR market? Good luck with that. We missed the train on that one, or at least I did. Stuck with my beater, I'm afraid. Sure I can't interest you?

I know it sounds like bull, but I don't have any pics. I'll have to work on that. Always thought of it like showing your kids pics. No one, really gives a you know what.

First time ever where I see someone associate a Miata with the word "crap". There's no denying that objectively, the Honda S2000 is a better performance car. But I dare say that if it weren't for the immense success of the Miata built by a smaller Japanese company, Honda may have never green lighted the S2000.

Easy answer for me, the S. Not that I dislike the Miata, the S just fits my needs better. I'm not a track rat, just a driver that likes to drive responsive, sports cars. Oh, and one that has room for golf clubs in the trunk. Have to fuel my other passion.

Of course it is a valid question, not everyone has owned or driven both cars. I have owned a 90 and a 01 miata, i have a 04 s2000. It is a better car in every way that either of them was or is. more room, nicer chassis and suspension and brakes, that amazine engine our cars have, nicer seats, etc...etc....more power.
with a newer miata you can get things the S does not have. A better stereo, an electric hard top and easily the ;stock stop is better to live with that the s. Nav/bluetooth and the quietness needed to use the phone while driving.
Now perhaps an engine worthy of the promise the miata has. The miata is not worse ,it is just not better.
I would own my honda all day long over any miata, no regards to cost or features, it's just a better car.
