S2000 as a daily driver??
Daily driver here! Trying to be smart about lifetime car purchases, I decided either buy a dependable 4 door that I'll keep for many, many years (as a beater down the road), or pick up a fun car that I will likewise keep for many, many years (decades?) to eventually become my weekend fun car -- guess which route was chosen for me several years back when I read about a little spitfire honda about to be released!!!
I drive 25 minutes a day each way to my lab (90% on highway) and love every minute of it -- but then again, my top is always down as I'm in socal, and I immediately upgraded the old hi-fi to allow for top down music listening. It's loud, it doesn't have much cargo space, it's an anti-aspirin when you have a headache, it's an absolute blast.
Like everyone else says ... what do YOU want ... I believe this car is for those that are drawn to it - logic aside - just 'need' it! If you haven't been drawn since the first time you discovered it (like myself and many here), go buy that nissan and be happy with its all around quality and performance. The S does require more sacrifice, WELL worth it for me, but for you?!?

My S2000 is my daily driver as well.
When I purchased my 1st S2000 (back in '00), I also had a '99 Accord Coupe EX-VL. After the S2000 purchase, I STOPPED driving the Accord Coupe.
And the Coupe was awesome, completely loaded but it was nowhere close in the "fun to drive" category as the S2000. I would actually look forward to my 45 minute commute.

When the lease came up on the Accord Coupe, I returned it and kept the S2000 as my permanent daily driver. About a year or so later, I traded her for an '02 and love that she's my only car to drive.
It helps considerably that I have access to other cars, including my wife's.

my license plates (still being made) are actually EPINFRN ... epinephrine is a hormone analog of adrenaline, used by your body to increase your heart rate, kinda like the way my s gets my heart racing. hey -- i'm a scientist, and did my grad thesis on endocrine physiology....what do you expect

I bought my new S in November, by January I had put 11,000 miles on her
It hurt me to see all those miles on her in such little time so I bought a used Accord for my daily commute. Not a day goes by when I driving where I think 'I rather be driving the S"

sucks as a daily/year-round driver. but more than makes up for it during the better months... but even if you are from a sunny, hot area, i'd still opt for not if it's going to be your only car unless u just don't do anything but drive vicariously.
seattle-wise (has all four seasons):
1) you feel like shit driving the car when it's dirty (relatively speaking of course)
2) sucks when top down driving isn't an option
3) sucks to drive it when it's dark out all the time (winter/fall)
4) it's a small car so it's not too comfy when wearing suits, bulky coats, etc.
with all that said, i'd personally skip all the japanese brands and go for a used S4, E36 M3, or if u can afford to spend a bit more, a used E46 m3 OR a 993 C4S. other than the s2000, no other japanese car is "romantic" enough. even with the s2000, you'll see a lot of ricers modding the crap out of their cars making it look just plain stoopid (evident in cali, not so much here in laid back seattle). and in a few years, you'll see more of these ricers getting access to the S, although the impracticality of it all even stuns them so it'll be a bit less evident with the S2 than you'll see with the 350Z which will be plentiful plenty quick. european cars tend to fight this rice disease a bit better because the price to play is markedly higher and the stereotype just isn't there and probably won't ever be there.
from all your choices, though, i'd pick out a silver G35 coupe six speed and spend some extra money on a set of HRE 19" 8XX series rims. that'll look sharp and rare.
good luck and much fun in your search, my friend.
