i appreciate all the feedback even though this is all common sense i am sure for some people they wouldnt look for these common things.

best way is to look at the tires because the stock so2s in the rear burn out very quickly and not a lot of owners go back to the same brand/style of tires.

The tires also have dates on them, so originals should have the year/month it was made on the tire to verify that they are infact originals.

The stock rear tires probably wouldn't last more than 15-20k miles if that many. I bought an 02 with only 15500 miles and I had to replace the rears a thousand miles later. Thats how I knew that the miles are legit.
