Chris S, I guess my only advice to you would be to keep using Zaino and not get "ripped off." I use Zaino myself and am a former Zymol user, actually and I won't switch to anything else.

It's just an idea that they approached us about. Take it for what it's worth...

All this after I already spent $100 on the Zaino! Great!

Let me give the Zaino a try and see what happens. . .

I'm an avid Zymol user and wouldn't trust anything else on the car. That said, Zymol is very user dependant with it's results. You really have to know how to use it to get good results.

My car looks better everytime I use it. It also gets easier to use each time too. I guess I get better at it everytime.

Greg, honestly I think the S2000 deserves a wax that is specially formulated for it, maybe more so than any other car.
Doesn't everyone!

Maybe we can get some empty bottles and fill them with Zaino .

Great idea, but we would have to change the labels on the bottles, too!

I don't know anything about the technical specs of the wax. All they said was something specially formulated for the S2000. And since they make something else for the NSX, I figured, hey, it may be worth something...

It could be all marketing hype. But if you look at the (bad) results the NSX folks had with the NSX glaze, then you can assume that it's different. In their case, it may not be better, it may just be different, which isn't a good thing.

I don't know squat about the S2000's paint. I do know that the folks at Tochigi told us that the paint is 12mm thick. That would explain the ease with which we ding our hoods and front ends from road debris.

Let's give them a shot and see what they come up with. It could be good, but it won't make be switch!

I've been very pleased with Zymol and would be very interested if they intend to create a new formulation for the S2000. Of course they would need to convince me why the new product could be any better than Japon.

I think it would be a cool thing, but like others have said, much of the appeal is marketing hype. It would have to really outperform Zaino to make me switch.

I probably wouldn't pick that up since I already have Japon and my car was 2/3 repainted. Though over the long haul Zymol is definitly better for your paint. I will not try to explain why. Their sight explains it all.

Zymol's results are best only if you RTFM!!!!!! The more you use it the easier it is. I will keep using it and I will not try to sell people on it. I just have the piece of mind that my cars paint is taken care of to the best of my ability.
