Actually, we have talked with Sal a lot about this very thing and he just doesn't sponsor anything. He has given us "kits" of products to give away at some of the events that we have put on, but as for sponsoring, it's just not something the company does.

He has referred to us to various distributors to participate in events, as well. But that's about all...I wish they would sponsor S2KCA, but they won't/don't...

greg, although you took a couple flames for the initial post, I think it's been a good thread. Very informative, since I don't spend any time in the Garage Queens section. Just kidding. I'm sure we don't have many.

I just ordered a Helm's service manual this AM. Cost with shipping about $77. At the time, I thought maybe here's an area where the club could "partner" and get the member's a discount. Retroactive would be good too.
