Yeah, selling 3 sets of S2000 seats on ebay looks pretty shady.

Most scams and stolen good on Ebay are from Florida, you are correct. Be very careful when dealing with a Florida seller.

On another note, why wouldn't you want someone to steal your seats? You get tons of insurance money for them and can get a set of Bride's. I wish someone would slash my top and steal my seats...
What was your address again...?

haha... if anyone wants my seats let me know in advance. I'll leave the car unlocked for you. Just be sure to slash the top for good measure

The money you get in insurance is unreal - totally worth it. With that said, no I would not do it myself because I'm a very honest person.

You don't know how wrong you are. This just happend to a friend of mine as well as others who live in my area.

Having your seats stolen (along with your radio and steering whee) is far from a good thing.

Yup just had mine broken into on Monday, idiots left the seats but damaged them in the process of stealing my start button and instrument cluster.

As "nice" as you think it is, I'm fighting with insurance now on everything from the contents that were stolen from my trunk, as well as whether they will try to repair the seat, etc. I'm not impressed. We'll see how it goes.

I'll bet my bottom dollar they are stolen. We get our seats stolen on a regular basis down here in Florida...it doesn't matter if you garage your car or not. There's been at LEAST 2 dozen sets stolen from central florida members, and countless dozens stolen from south Florida members. Please, everyone, click on those links, and REPORT them to ebay as stolen property. This has got to stop. It has become an epidimic. Florida insurance agencies are starting to total out our cars, because the replacement cost from the dealer on 2 new seats, with all the hardware, and a new top to replace the one they cut to hell, is roughly $10,000.

EVERYBODY!!! Please, please, please, report these immediately. If ebay gets 400-500 emails on each one of these seats, everytime they come up, they're going to stop allowing that item for sale. Local law enforcement agencies are being lazy shitheads about it too...they aren't doing ANYTHING about it, obviously. This has got to stop.
