Greg, now all you need to do is join us for the August 27 autocross!
I'm actually thinking about it! I'm waiting on new half-shafts, and considering a new set of "race" tires. My R compounds have been ceramified over the last year, so I'm toying with the idea of getting a competitive set of street tires for my race wheels.

I zoomed in on your pic and I don't detect any hitchball.

that's sweet if it's real...I bet you get some triple takes on the road! Before this I thought the tow limit was 4 race tires

This is why I don't post in S2000 talk! I take serious offense to dickheads discounting my integrity, which seems to be the norm here. I've contributed a LOT to S2KI over the years, which I think should validate this thread.

I strongly suspect that those that are calling BS on this are just too friggin' lazy to look at the original thread. If I'm correct, then consider this a piss on your mother's grave!

EgoThreat just mounted a set of Hankook RS-2 tires on her 16" wheels... I'm curious to see how well they do. All the reports say they a good street-type autocross tire, but there's a LOT of empty space between those treads. Much more than I though there'd be. But they're damn cheap.

What do you need the half-shafts for?

Just out of curiousity, what's the tongue load on your new boat/trailer combo? looks like the longitudinal CG is fairly far fwd on that trailer.

If you want some halfshafts, let me know. I have a pair taking space in my garage. Only about 12500 miles on them and in excellent shape. I replaced them with some from the Driveshaft Shop that have a higher HP rating.
