Default Is the S2000 top multi layered?

Does anybody know if the top in the S2000 is multi layered or padded to reduce wind and road noise with the top up. Some convertibles have like 4 layer tops. I was just wandering.

No, it's not. But a German aftermarket company makes a very nice interior top liner. I have one if you want the info. Does reduce interior noise and better insulate temperature-wise. Does not need any extra handling, nor does it impede roof operation. Just install and forget. Costs about $400.
