The VW lost because of poor driving skills. (Driving skills = pushing a button too early). Plus that 2000 had over 100k under the hood, so I'm guessing it was some sort of jet engine.

Stock GTI will lose pretty bad to a S2k. I have raced them both. Not sure what this Stage 1 adds though.

I raced from a dig and a roll. Won by a bunch both times.

S2000 will rape it. I pull 3 cars on my friend's Stage 1 GTI by the time we hit 120MPH.

Yeah...but in the movie, that was a Honda 2000. When Honda added the S, we got another 50 hp....so it wouldn't even be close.

I wouldn't consider that a raping lol, I put about 20 bus lengths on a celica last night from 60-120 thats a raping lol. But hey a win is a win no matter if u win by an inch or a mile LMAO!!!
