Instead of being one of those snotty, spoiled rich kids with a fancy car his parents bought him, why not get a car a college students should drive, like a 15 year old Sentra or Escort with a torn up interior, semi-decent but dated sound system, and some rock and roll stickers on the windows? Then you'll be cool and not a d-bag.

P.S. Not saying you actually are snotty and spoiled or a d-bag, just that you might be seen that way.

I realize there are plenty of young people with good car control (kids that grew up racing karts, Finnish people, etc.)... But using the fact that you didn't smash a tC as a qualifier is pretty hilarious.

I bought an 08 WRX after having my AP1 and I would trade back in a second given the right deal. I do like the suby and it's torque, but i miss the scalpel precision of the s2000.

and how are the coilovers working out? oke:

sorry....

i wouldn't sell that s2000 to your brother. i would consider selling it though--it's got some damage if i've followed your other posts, and from the sound of it, it's probably easier for you to sell it at a small loss and buy a different one than to properly repair it for cash out of pocket.

if you move up to an 06+ with VSA, that would probably be a big benefit. i'm not giving you a hard time--i speak from experience. vsa is great for the street and can be turned off anytime, so it's really nice for poor weather and such. or if you trade cars with your brother. my brother came close to smashing my S in a curb once--VSA saved it.

a wrx is a lot more practical, but IMO the s2000 is more fun. i had a 2 seat convertible (different and a beater car) for half of college and loved it.

I agree with this.

When I was in college only the real douchers had nice cars. Everyone else had 10-20 year old beaters that were held together by duct tape! Half of the college students didn't even have a car on campus.

LMAO

I have a Tc and have never crashed it or my s2000.

And its pretty obvious you cant drive because you crashed your S2000. The Tc is one of the easiest cars to drive. Ive pushed mine beyond its limits and still recovered with out a problem. so you cant use that as an example of you being a good driver.

Maybe your best bet is to go back to a Tc and turbo it or get the wrx. rwd cars arent for everyone.
