"I see one everyday on my drive to work, it is a Spa Yellow parked in a covered driveway on National Blvd. just after the road curves on the way towards Overland. Anyone here???

I live right around the corner."

Hrmm, I wonder if that is you I see on the 10west everyday I drive home from work.

Last month we covered 4,600 miles from Iowa to British Columbia and didn't see another Stook. Last weekend heading toward Boston I spotted two in the first 100 miles but not a one after that.

In Montana, Idaho and Alberta I answered questions about the car every time we stopped. The trip was a blast top down the whole way. Still rare out west.

In the last month Iv'e seen in central Iowa, but I live on the I-80 pipeline.

In Central Idaho, Ketchum, stooks are rare. Mine is the only one anyone has ever seen. "Chick magnet" said my friend the Math teacher. Afficianado magnet, drawing groups of friendly people. Still there is one guy I see who drives a silver Z3 who gives me an angry look....

Yo', Jan, my girlfriend has a place in Ketchum. Have you ever seen a McLaren around those parts?

Anyways, up in Seattle, I see at least one a day. And there are many days when I see three or more. Common. Definitely more S2000s than Type-Rs, Boxster Ss, Ford Lightnings. This car ain't limited edition! However, I also get at least one compliment a day. Stares and what have you... don't even care to count.

I still like my car. Time to mod, though.

in australia, my honda dealership told me that in the first year of its release 99/00, they allocated only 400 s2k's. for a population of 19 million, thats still pretty small with the majority going to nsw, my state. in my city of 750k, the dealership there has sold only 5 since its release- two to me
anyway, everyday that i drive the car around, i never see another s2k, talk about exclusive, i mught go weeks without seeing another one, but when i go to sydney, then i see maybe 2 or 3 in the day, but boxters and 3 series verts are everywhere, they may be more expensive, but they are much more common, is this a case of people having the money or wanting to show the money??
another sidenote, the second year of release 00/01, honda australia are only alocating about 300, so ive been told, i even had a look on the computer to see the amount of sales they had month by month, btw, we dont suffer the price gouging u unlucky americans have to deal with, we can actually negotiate pretty competitively.
